seriously, you have given me some good ideas for the area between the quarter
round cabinet and the dining table.  on my 76 I have about 30-36"  wallspace
which would be great for this purpose.  now, securing the stuff while on the
road.  

I think that I would probably get a minimac and run Ubuntu (sp?) and parallels
workstation for XP and an LCD.  that gives me a full size keyboard with
touchpad and a 300gb external HDD.  preferably eSATA with a small CPU cabinet.
everything connects together with USB or firewire.
