I run the trailer front wheels up on two 2X8 pieces of wood and remove the back two wheels. I take them in for balancing, bring them back, put them on, roll the trailer backward so that the back two tires are on the 2X8's and do the same thing again. I try not to jack the trailer up if I can help it.
