No, it isn't the TV set.

I am assuming this is occuring when the trailer is on AC power and plugged in?

What you are probably experiencing is impulse-type noise either picked up via 
the television antenna, poorly installed antenna cable connectors, or 
conducted into the TV set via the power cord.

The furnace and hair dryer are causing this interference in the television set 
because of the small sparks created in the offending devices as their motor 
turns. I believe you mentioned a lamp also had these effects. Is this a touch 
lamp or a halogen lamp by chance?

So how do you fix it. 

That depends on where the noise is entering the television set. 

Give me some more info on the details of your problem, AC, DC, the various 
appliances and lamp, type, etc., and I'll give you some ideas to look into.
