I don't know if it is proper etiquette to bring back old 
threads...but here goes.

I think I have the same problem. Hunter: Did you wind up replacing 
yours and did it fix the problem? Did you use the 183-029-04?

My problem seems to be worse when the water heater is on. I'm 
thinking there is a back pressure caused when the water heats up 
which causes the shurflo city water inlet to leak. I've taken mine 
apart and changed the o-ring. It seemed to fix the problem for a 
while but now it is leaking again (most when the water heater is on). 
If the leakage is caused by the hot water heater, maybe it is doing 
what it's supposed to...i.e., relieve pressure in the lines. It also 
may just be that I have too much air in my plumbing.

The other thing I question, is whether I should get the 65PSI 
version. The one I have now is the 50PSI version.
