Jim,

You are in luck. For decades the only answer for a replacement window 
for the 66-68 windows was plexiglass or more recently Lexan.
But now you can by new replacement glass from Vintage Trailer Supply. 
Check out their site not only for windows but for other good stuff for

They also include an extensive tutorial on how to change the glass.
