In our fairly new Airstream motor home they have installed a microwave/convection oven in the 
space over the cook top  - thereby eliminating the need for an oven and giving us more cabinet 
space.  Since I don't plan to cook something huge in an oven -this will work just fine.  We 
previously had a boat, and like Hunter I never used the oven so this solution will work fine 
for us.
