75% of 5,885 is 4,400, pretty close to the gross weight of 4,500.  It 
seems to me that they are pretty close to being within the oft quoted 
75% rule.

1977 Lincoln Continental  tow rating of 6000 lbs with a 3.0 axle
1979 23' Safari gross weight 5800
and now a 1954 Double Door 30' Liner, oops its a 29' Liner hopefull 
gross weight of less than 6000
