I would use a high quality bath and tile silicone based cualk.
5200 is great stuff but not the right cualking for the job.  It is a 
more pourous type of finish and will be difficult to clean. It tends to 
disolve over long periods of prolonged expousure to water.
It has no mold inhibitor to my knowledge so mold will be predesposed to 
growing on it right away.  The bath and tile brands have a mildicide 
built into them if you are ever wondering what is the difference 
between a simple silicone sealant and a bath and tile sealant.
