I am using the EU2000 on a '67 Caravel.  It got a little crabby when I tried
to run the A/C, but it runs everything else just fine, charges the battery,
and can start a blender full of ice too.  A side justification for the
EU2000 is that it would run the refrigerator at home after "The Big One" in
Southern California.  For twice the output the price was not that much
greater.  I got it from Northwest Power Tools online.  The price was
substantially cheaper than any store in our area, there was no sales tax,
and free shipping.
