It sounded like (from the article) that this particular accident had a 
lot to do with wind-induced trailer sway.

A Hensley might (?) have helped here. Though there is no excuse for the 
70 MPH driving speed on a windy stretch of road. I've been over that 
particular stretch, and it is windy, but so are a lot of other stretches 
out west.

What I really wish had been included in the article was a description of 
the tow vehicle and the hitch used.

I think we can assume (?) the trailer was not checked for axle weight 
balance between the tandem axles, and probably the tow vehicle 
front-to-read axle weight transfer balancing adjustment condition was 
not known?
