[A/S] Honda generator grounding

The whole question of grounding the generator started when i connected 
my "Energy Management System" to my Eu1000i generator, it would not let 
power thru to the trailer because of an OPEN GROUND Error.
I was informed by John Palmer of Palmer energy formerly JOLYN 
Enterprises that I needed to install a jumper in the Generator.
When I put the jumper in between the Flat prong Neutral and the Round 
prong Ground, everything worked just fine.
Apparently in Japan they don't use three wire plugs, so they don't 
connect the Round Peg Ground to anything.
There is an external "ground" screw which apparently needs to be used 
to hook up to a regular house electrical system.
