For those interested in an alternative, Aerobed
manufactures a dual chamber topper that can lay on top
of a queen mattress.  It has dual controls so each
person can adjust their own comfort level.  It
replicates much of the feeling of our Select Comfort
bed at home.  

The biggest issue is mounting the air pump and getting
it tied into a 110 volt line.  It's slightly longer
than the RV queen but not enough to cause an access
problem.  It will add 2-3" of height to the bed if you
inflate it fully.  Cost is about $100.
