[A/S] raised bunks , foam & vent covers

I have a 64 Tradewind with a raised bunk over one of the double beds. 
How much weight is suggested limit there? Not in my manual anywhere.
Can an adult sleep on it?
This one needs either a mattress or foam as it currently has nothing 
there. 

I would also like to replace the rear, bottom concho cushion for the 
front sofa bed located in the nose of the trailer. The one cresent 
shaped one is brittle. 
Anyone have a line on thick but not too expensive foam to use to 
replace this? Or should I double up on 3" foam here?

Also, I'm still looking for simple roof Vent covers 14" x 14"ID and the 
long flat one that is 25" x 13" ID. 
Don't want to spend upwards of $150 for a plain vent cover!
Just call me frugal-
