Bill - I like the set up I designed - When I built a square'ish horse barn,
in included two open sheds attached on each side of the barn, one for a
horse trailer and the other for my 30' Classic. And because I got tired of
having to disconnect the propane tanks to have them refilled semi-often
during our milder winters, I had my local propane dealer install a smallish
propane tank near the trailer and a "T" fitting on the trailer's propane
line just under the tongue. When it's supposed to freeze here south & west
of Austin (TX) I just turn the trailer's propane supply off, connect the
exterior propane line and turn on the trailer's central heating. We don't
have the long freezing weather you might experience up thar near Ameriller,
so I don't have to run the heater for all that long. But it does protect my
trailer's water lines and I don't have to 'winterize'. I'm lazy.
