I recently painted the inside of a 1961 Avion Tourist. It originally had a
Sherwin Williams finish similar to Zolatone. I used a high quality xylene
based quick drying satin enamel designed for metal and mixed in this ceramic

Figuring any degree of increased
insulation in an old trailer can't hurt. The end result has a very
interesting suede texture. Btw I used good quality brushes, no stripping out
the trailer and spraying.
