a while or purchase a self containted porta potty & empty it
into your toilet at home.

                Use an RV propane fridge and you will have minimal draw on
your batteries. Recharge your batteries each day with one
generator, perhaps a 2000 watt. Depending on your AC power demand (i.e. air
conditioner use)during the day you may require a larger
generator or possibly two 2000 watt generators.

                Add a solar system to help in the battery charging and use
LED's for your overnight lighting.
