[A/S] Restoration Questions

First I ask your forgiveness in advance for asking questions I'm sure
have been asked and answered here before. I did look first, but found
the search mechanism less then helpful.

So...

I recently purchased a 1966 Tradewind and am just starting to work on
it. I'm currently trying to find the correct replacement window
seals/gaskets/weather-stripping as they are all hard and cracked. Also
the appropriate seals/gaskets/weather-stripping for the door, which
currently has none whatsoever.

Secondly, I would like to refinish the cabinets. So my questions
there: What is the preferred method? CitrusStrip? SafestStrip? Just
sandpaper? For the new finish do you use a lacquer? varnish? wax? You
can check out the current condition of the cabinets in photos/chad's
66 tradewind/. At least 1 piece of cabinetry (left side of fridge)
needs to be replaced. Any idea what wood to purchase? beech? birch?
oak?

Thirdly, I'm thinking of purchasing a couple of the aluminum propane
tanks from airstreamdreams as well as some other miscellaneous items.
Have you guys had good experience with them? (airstreamdreams and the
tanks)

Thanks in advance!! As soon as you answer these I'll have 5 more:p
