Hi - to the new members on this list,

The below post describes one aspect of how a single woman with 30 years 
experience towing Airstreams can easily and comfortably travel all over 
this continent. We first met her on a Wagon Wheels Vintage Caravan 
through the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho. Since then, we've kept track 
of her posts and have increasingly admired her savvy independence and 
stylish self-reliance.

Like all of us, she has confronted and still faces the same sort of 
problems everyone experiences while exploring this great land -- AND 
NOT JUST DURING local trips around the United States.

Four years ago, at more than 70 years of age, she towed her '61 16' 
Bambi with her '94 Crown Victoria  to the country of Panama and back. 
That trip was not for the faint hearted. How did she maintain ordinary 
creature comforts?

Her post (below) provides a tiny sample of what it took. When I read 
it, the ideas sounded so simple I wondered if new members would 
recognize what must have gone into being able to write those two 
paragraphs. Granted, simple insights can solve complex problems, but 
not everyone notices the simple stuff.
