I have a 1975 29' A/S, center bath.
On the curbside exterior wall there is one plaque that says "Airstream
International," and another that says "Land Yacht Ambassador."
My owners manual refers to Internationals and to Land Yachts. In a chart
of optional equipment weights Land Yachts are listed, ranging from 21' to
25'. Internationals are listed ranging from 27' to 31'.
Can I assume from that that I have an "International"? Of what significance
is the designation "Land Yacht Ambassador"? Is there more than one kind
of Land Yacht, i.e., besides the Ambassador? The naming conventions have
me confused.
Thanks for any help.
