I need refrigerator advice and air conditioning advice and bed support advice.
We have a 1976 Argosy Motorhome, and on our camping trip this weakened, the  
reefer died after emitting a strong ammonia smell. It is a not so old Norcold  
three way 900 series reefer, and I liked it a lot, but it did not seem to 
last  too long. What are the recommended brands to replace it with or should I 
try to  fix it? Also, is it worth recharging the roof air, or should I just 
replace that  as well. It cools, but not very strong. It is a Dometic unit. How 
about the  engine air from the dashboard. Any suggestions about recharging or do 
I have to  convert it now that Freon in the old form is considered contraband?
