[A/S] Water leak in the front compartments.

I have a 78 32' Excella, and when we get heavy rain,
it drips in the front above the couch on both sides. 
How do I fix this?  Also, the flourescent light above
the sink is not working, and it use to after we bought
it.  It was left on over the winter at some point, and
must have somehow burnt out.  I have tried replacing
bulbs, and that doesn't fix it.  Any other suggestions?
