I towed a 2001 19' Bambi with a 1997 Discovery without a hitch
(sorry). Tows great using only one sway bar. My concern was with not
overloading the brakes, and I never felt like I needed more braking
power. I did feel as though I was misusing the Land Rover. I now tow
with a Freightliner Sprinter and get double the miles on a gallon of
fuel. I never felt scared to be towing with this truck.
