Re: [A/S] Argosy for sale: '79 good floors and can send pictures

Hi,
Port Richey FL is under Hurricane alert: I dropped everything including
readable English to get things ready for the storm.
Sun RV; months ago, said it would not be 'much' to fix the AC. My usual
dollar limit on instant fix's is $75. to $250, $35 fee off comes off repair
usually. It is, however, an electric problem. I had my car to five mechanics
with an electric problem...not going there.

The AC cover should be replaced on the roof or patched from past storms.
Sun RV was looking for a used one to replace mine, but they moved. The small
electric AC in the window can be pulled out instantly and just the fabric
screen needs to be replaced.

If I can get a security deposit together to move to the 'resort,' I might
put it in a cheap storage area. Hoping to show it with electric on.

Propane tanks are legal.

I will be replacing the kitchen sink (it drips a little) next Wed and the
spray unit on the tub. I use that also for the toilet. I did not find anyone
who knew how to fix the little vacuum triangle which includes the small bit
that broke off where the hose attaches...no hose. The sanitation system works
fine. I asked sun about replacing the toilet, I think $200 plus installation
was mentioned. Something fell out of the storage unit above and nicked a
little bit off the back lid.

Worst thing, someone came in at another park and detached the wiring to the
car towing thingies, they are cut and bundled together. They took the fuses
from the hitch and brakes to keep me from moving. Everything worked fine
when I bought it four years ago. My number is 727 868 9375 I have an answering
machine on, I am out a lot.

I am getting the kitchen faucet and the cord from shower to bath replaced
next Wed.

I was thinking of getting an Envirolet to use on the beach in California for
six months.

One pipe attachment next to the bathtub has been professionally fixed five
times four different repair people (Three plastic hoses that fit together).
Someone came in again after the last fix to make it loop almost into the
bedroom; they removed gaskets...should be replaced again.

I can send pictures by e mail if anyone wants to receive them. New pictures
of repaired areas will be added as repairs are made.

The tax business sort of disappeared with Turbo Tax for me, I am back in
school again why no repairs. Trailers like this on the beach in California or
property waiting to go up are worth a lot out there. If you are a Argo
mechanic.

I will continue to take the asbestos off the kitchen area, I removed it from
bath and bedroom middle area, painted, and will probably paint a poly
coating and leave the underfloor showing. Floors are good.

Thanks, Isabelle
