Okay Oliver, you asked for it.
I changed the tires on my '79 31' center bath to ST225X75R-15 from the
700-15 tires that were on it when I purchased it. The new radials are just
over an inch shorter than the bias plies were. Does this mean that my hitch
height, which was recommended to be at 19.5" should now be at 18.5" to
retain the level aspect of the trailer while towing? If Oliver doesn't jump
right in on this, anyone else should feel free to do so. In fact, even if
Oliver does jump right in - I would appreciate as many answers as I can get
so that I can pick out the one I want - <VBG> (very big grin)
