[A/S] Re: Best years to buy?

If yoiu think you have seen mixed messages, this quest should generate
a string of beauties..

I recommend you go for one of the later (mid 80's or later) wide body
25's that have a permanent bed and more aisle room... You will wind up
with a nicer trailer and a lot less replacement cost to get the unit
up to current livability of the recent models... I have an 86 32'
model and would probably call it perfect if it was a wide model... The
25's are a little more adjile, but the extra room is required if more
than one person is on board... almost anything will work for some
time, but if one of the people is sick, depressed, mad, or just wants
to be alone, the unit needs to be able to wall off a separate room...
A nice bath and some extra clothes storage makes life a lot more
pleasant...My last project put the bed on an hinged platform with gas
cylinders from a Dodge Caravan rear door and the added, easy to get to
storage is wonderful...

Good luck in finding the "perfect" unit...
