This thread has gone on and one, and the collective answer from the list is that
you need to get the tow vehicle that will handle a fully loaded trailer,
regardless of length. Consider the total weight of the trailer, the tongue
weight and then the length, and get a truck that will safely handle this.
I'm sorry, but the imports just will not do it, nor will many US made trucks. If
you want to save some bucks, go for a used TV.
I'd really hate to see you piled up somewhere along the road because you
couldn't get out of a bad situation, and, even worse, see you coming at me with
the trailer swinging you wildly all over the road.
Your question has been asked in many forms by you, and answered as well, by many
on the list. Please listen to them.
