I found an add for a 1966 22 foot Safari asking price $4200.00

Condition: The heater, stove, refrigerator, and all the electrical 
work. We haven't been able to check the water heater because we need 
to replace a plumping gasket, which we will do this weekend. The 
outside needs to be refinished or buffed. There is one very small 
dent in the back corner. Otherwise no dents. The plastic canopy has 
a crack in it. Needs new tires. The inside is in fair condition. The 
inside will need new carpeting. One or two of the windows need new 
levers. The door screen needs to be replaced. A seal around one of 
the sunroof vents needs to be replaced (you would need to get it 
from an Airstream dealer) Repair/replacement depends on how much you 
want to restore it. 

What other questions should I ask? Do you think about this price? 
It's a bit more then I was hoping to spend as it sounds like I'll 
have to do some costly stuff to it. Unfortunitly its in WA and I'm 
in CA so I can't just drive by and check it out.
