I learned a lesson the hard way about dealing on EBay
and using PayPal. I, and 4 others, made purchases
from one Robbie Manetzke of St Louis in the total
amount of over $500.00 and we were all bilked. The
mistake that we made was relying on the 100% rating he
had - which was based on a single transaction. PayPal
replaced $23, of the $48. that he stole from me -
needless to say, I no longer use PayPal.
