[A/S] remodeling twin beds to a double

Teri -

The previous owner of our 1972 Overlander did precisely that 
conversion. The unit originally was built with mid-twins, but he 
converted it so that a double bed is located curbside. Daytime it 
folds up as a lounge/couch; at night it slides out into the aisle, 
leaving a few inches for someone to scrunch by on the way to the rear 
bath. On the streetside he built a desk, with file drawers, a large 
kneehole, etc. The bed looks "factory," probably used a frame from an 
original double bed trailer. You'd have lots of options on how to 
configure the space used by the other twin.

(the trailer's in storage at the moment).
