Hi Verna, I'm going to assume that the grey tank isn't full..... because if it is the grey water will come up in the shower. (Don't ask me how I know). Every once in a while I have to pull hair off my train thingy. I use tweezers. It's amazing hiw much hair gets in there down below where you can see. Hunter
