Rose. The damage to the underbelly wrap, in your case, is a matter of improper or no running gear balancing. As the trailer moves, flexing and vibrations take place. Lack of proper running gear balance (tire, wheel, hub and drum) will slice open the underbelly on the older trailers, everytime. Andy
