If I understand correctly, you are dumping your toilet's black tank 
only 5 gallons at a time and dumping that into a regular land based 
toilet and flushing it down.

Assuming this is what you are doing, there is an easier way.

First of all, an RV black tank needs to be at least 3/4 full in order 
to dump properly.  It needs that volume in order to flush all the 
solids out.

What you need is one of those blue "turd tanks" which come in up to 
25 gallon capacity and can be easily towed to the dump station.  
These are rather expensive for what they are, cheesy lawn mower 
wheels and all, but some friends who are campground hosts have used 
theirs for years and it's held up well.  We bought one and it's only 
been used a few times but all is well so far.

One thing about using these tanks with an Airstream is that it seems 
the sewer outlet is lower than on most trailers, and depending on the 
slope of your site, it may be below the inlet on the blue tank.  To 
eliminate the potential mess here, I made a short sewer hose with 
fittings at both ends for the tank and trailer.  Siphon action fills 
the blue tank from there.
