Hi Oliver,

As far as bills go, I now have all my bills set up to be 
paid through on-line banking. In some cases, such as 
Verizon, I get an email reminding me to go to their website 
and look up what I owe them. In other cases, such as the 
credit card bill, I have to set a computer reminder to go 
look it up. Most of the other bills are predictable as to 
when they are due and what is due. such as insurance, water 
heater rent and RE Taxes, so I have those set on auto 
payment. As a result of numerous take-overs, rather than 
choice, my bank is now Bank America and so far so good.

The rest of the mail is sent to my daughter who has 
graciously aggreed to keep it, monitor it for incidentals, 
and to send it on to me when I am in one place for any 
length of time. She whines occasionally about the tons of 
junk mail that seems to find me WHEREVER I go, but sending 
presents seems to work.

Escapees has a mail service that will forward stuff, which I 
considered for this summer's ramble, but my darling daughter 
has rescued me.

If your house will be empty, you might consider bribing a 
neighbor to oversee it, keeping it looking lived in by lawn 
mowing, picking up packages, turning lights on and off, and 
tell the police ( ask ?) to keep an eye on it. I rented mine 
as I will not return to it soon if ever.

On the road, you should have your own and any pets medical 
information stored in the trailer, in a bottle in the fridge 
clearly marked, in the car, and in the hands of an emergency 
contact. Any severe medical needs should be on a bracelet.

I don't carry extra insurance as the trailer is old ('73). 
It wouldn't take long for the insurance premiums to buy me 
another old trailer.

Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose.

I wonder where this road goes.
