Clean the area where you want the numbers.
After the area is clean you can spray soapy water on the area before 
applying the numbers. To do this take a small spray bottle of water, 
say 16oz. size, fill half full water and add 2 drops of dishwashing 
soap, shake bottle to mix. Then spray a light mist on area you want the 
numbers. This will aid in positioning the numbers.
