[A/S] Inside Remodel

I'm doing the leg work for an internal remodel.  I have a '71 International
31 footer.  Front living room, back bath, center kitchen. Sink and stove on
curbside, reefer on street side.

Does anyone have any recommendations on configuration, size and manufacturer
of replacement cabinets.  I'm wondering what was used in place of the
current overhead fan and over sink storage area.

Finally, has anyone found a replacement for the separate oven?  I can't find
a newer model replacement.  But, I have no interest in replacing it with a
convection oven.
