You can do it, just be prepared to spend a fortune on propane to keep it warm 
enough to keep the pipes from freezing.  You might want to get a large 
propane tank if you plan to stay in one place.

Another problem will be keeping your water hose from freezing. Many 
campgrounds don't have water during freezing weather. Many campgrounds up north close 
in October and don't reopen until late spring..... you will have to do some 
looking to find one open.
