Andy,

I'm going to respectfully ask you not to promote your ideas on towing on my 
list.  Frankly I think you are very irresponsible suggesting anyone tow a 
10,000# trailer with a little cute car.

Here's why...

"While the base 300 is rated to tow up to 1,000pounds and the 4.7-liter V-6 
and 5.7-liter Hemi raise the capacity to2,000 pounds, Chrysler doesn't 
recommend towing with the 300C SRT8. Itsgenerous cabin and trunk volumes are the same 
as the regular model's."

You might get away with that north of the US border but I assure you, anyone 
who does that gets involved in an accident here in the states and their ass is 
grass.

I can hear the prosecutor now..... "How much did your trailer weigh?"

"10,000 pounds"

"How much was the car rated to tow?"

"2,000 pounds"

What jury wouldnlt convict?

Why don't I want you saying to tow with it on my list, liability and the 
safety of my subscribers.

The next thing you know someone goes out and tries it and I get sued because 
they heard about it here on my list.

You are welcome to put your customers in any tow vehicle you want, pulling 
any trailer you want them to tow....but not to promote it here.  Towing is alot 
more than power, it's also about handling, it's about transmissions, brakes 
and a bunch of other things that make tow vehicles what they are....

When I'm at rallies we see people pulling in with ridiculous tow combos..... 
like Ford Explorers pulling 34 foot trailers.  Someone inevitably will shake 
their head and say, I bet that one has Ontario plates.... it always does.

I will not have anyone here promoting pulling a 10,000# trailer with a little 
car rated to tow 2,000#.
