[A/S] Thermostat Problem

Hi Gang,

I had a Dometic DuoTherm Comfort Control 4 button thermostat.  It started 
acting goofy about 4 months ago so when I was at the Sarasota rally I popped the 
76.00 for a brand new one from Dometic.

Well, I wish I had my old one back. It was goofy but it did know the temps.  
This new one is about 4-5 degrees off..... if I set the heat pump to come on 
at 65 it doesn't come on until 61.  Last night I had the a/c set at 70 and it 
was going off at 73. How do I know?  I have an indoor outdoor thermometer that 
I assume is correct since it aligned exactly with the old thermostat.

I am not amused..... I called Dometic and a lady had me reprogram it. I did, 
it's still off... can it be reset?
