Yes I posted those pictures.  To install this mount
you need to cut away belly skin to create a recess
between frame members where the spare tire sits.  That
requires removal of insulation and creation of an
aluminum box which fits into the recess.  I remember
when I ordered the Safari the spare at that time was
not a standard factory option.  The dealer said that
they would be able to do the work but I told him I
wanted it done at factory build time.  Thankfully
Jackson Center agreed and when the trailer was built
the spare was added.
