[A/S] tray and ventilation options on tow rig shell....

howdy folks

about to put a shell and slide tray in the t.v. 

i am leaning towards no side windows/doors on the shell to reduce 
locking issues to just the back door. it is white in color with 
light gray lining and a dome light, so it should be fine for seeing 
inside along with the front window and back.

looking at both brands of slide trays.....anybody have the 'joey' 
tray? i've seen an install of the other brand discussed here and 
it's nice too. the joey tray looks like it mounts differently and 
may be more secure....and has more ball bearings.

my other question.....has anyone added a roof vent or exhaust fan to 
their truck shell?  any shells offer this option? the local dealer 
doesn't offer this option but it sure seems like a nice thing to 
have and wouldn't need to be as fancy as the fantastic fan. should 
be about the run from same 12v as dome light.....i do hate to cut a 
hole in a new shell but imagine it would help lower the temps this 
summer.

any ideas or options others have used?
