[A/S] sideways cranker thing?

How's that for a description?!
While on Padre Island a couple of weeks ago I met a gentleman with a
1996 28'. He had a nifty device he lowered his front jack on to. It
allowed him to move the tongue of the trailer from side to side by
turning a coarsely threaded rod with a hex wrench. Pretty slick: if he
were to back his tow vehicle up along side the tongue instead of
exactly in line with it, he simply cranked the tongue over until it was
directly in line. He used a Hensley, which I guess is even trickier to
align than a standard ball hitch. I neglected to ask him where he got
this thing before he bugged out.
Anyone have any idea of who manufactures this gizmo and how I might go
about getting one?
Thanks!
