You can check my site.  There are some brochures at 
http://www.tompatterson.com/Silverstreak/Brochures.html.  No 1968 brochures, 
but the one from 1966 should be similar.   Dry weight should be under 3000 
lbs. which means that your car probably cannot pull the trailer as loaded it 
will be a lot more.

Also, the finish is likely anodized which means that it cannot be polished.
