[A/S] E-Bay Trailer Hitch - Pull-Rite or Hensley?

Was looking for a trailer hitch receiver today on E-Bay for my  explorer and 
noticed this hitch - E-Bay Item 7949041876. I've never seen either  one of 
these brands but it is a type that pivots at the truck axle. The  description 
says that it was removed from a '94 F-150; opening bid is $150. I  have no 
connection or personal interest in this auction item. 
 
It looks kind of rough in the photos but, with a little TLC, it might make  a 
good hitch for someone willing to add a little sweat equity.
