         That's McKesh mirrors, from Hensley Mfg.  They're great mirrors; I 
have a set.  However, both I and my wife take turns driving the rig, and 
constantly having to change the mirror settings gets old pretty quick, 
although it's not really a lot of trouble.  So, I purchased a pair of CIPA 
extendable mirrors.  They're  "OEM," meaning that they replace the mirrors 
on your truck and measure 10"X10".  The electric features of your current 
mirrors work on these mirrors (you order them based on your truck 
manufacturer, the year, and either manual, electric, or electric and 
heated.  We really like them, although they make the Suburban look kinda 
like Mickey Mouse, they're so large.  They also come with a pair of convex 
mirrors, roughly 4"X3", that fit into a  corner of the (flat) extendable 
mirrors.
         If you don't think the camper mirrors from your dealer will do the 
job, then just get the basic mirrors, electric or electric and heated, then 
buy the aftermarket CIPA ones.  The cost to us was around $350, which is 
close to what Chevrolet charges additionally for the camper mirrors.
