Re: [A/S] Crashing the IBT and lost wheel

Tom,

I called Demontrand and they do servie work by
appointment only. Since there was a 2 week wait, I
told them no thanks.

Some friends of ours are here for the WBCCI gathering,
and they have a friend who sells Snap on tools who
lives nearby. I called him, and he brought over a
torque wrench. My son and his father in law came over
with tools. We went down to a local auto parts store,
and got new lugs. I have the spare mounted, all six
wheels have been torqued, and we can leave under our
own steam tomorrow. My wife has informed me that we
will stop every 50 miles and check each lug. This is
while we are driving home at 45 mph so she can spot
the lost wheel.

All that's left now is dealing with the AS dealer in
San Antonio to get the damage repaired. There is an
authorized dealership in Weatherford that we'll
contact as well as Bob Jones.
