[A/S] winter storage

Darn, wish I could remember where I read that it is not a good idea
to leave your trailer plugged into 120 power for extended periods
like all winter. It had to do with memory in the deep cycle batteries
or allowing the converter to rest or some such thing. Unplug it for a
week or two. We do leave ours plugged in and I pull the batteries
every couple months to check the fluid level and have had no problem
but if a problem did occur it might be an expensive one. Any ideas on
this? Also, an old Airstreamer advised me to not isolate the trailer
from the ground for any length of time....don't put wooden blocks
under all the jacks etc. This may be common knowledge but I had been
doing it. Merry Christmas! Jon
