When I went to Jackson Center to pick up "Pearl" it dropped from 50 to 13 
deg. in just a few hours. By the time I thought to turn off the outside water 
the hose had frozen, the pump handle was frozen in the on position and the 
connection to the trailer had also frozen! I had to pour hot water on the 
connection to disconnect from the trailer but I couldn't push down the pump 
handle which meant it gushed water the next day when the sun finally melted 
it! So, it's best not to mess with water hookups when the weather is iffy.
