Not a rookie question at all. The rookies are the ones with 
frozen pipes...

The furnace ducts in an AS have special tubes that actually 
go down into the belly of the trailer to keep the tanks and 
pipes from freezing. So If you are actually living in the 
trailer in ther cold, you're OK. BUT the cost of propanein 
the northern winter will be a lot. AS's are pretty well 
insulated, but not that well insulated.

If the temperature goes below zero and stays there, the 
pipes will freeze even in a house if they are not getting 
warm air.

And the electric bill might be a bummer.

It depends where you are.

With all cabinet door open and a fan to get the heat down 
below, you might be OK.
