I have a 1995 28' Excella, and I had the clearcoat problem you 
mention, three times. Walt repaired the clearcoat twice with material 
from Jackson Center (most of his repairs stayed repaired, only one panel of 
repeat, IIRC - the repeat visits were mostly for new areas of clearcoat 
damage) The third time, he had abandoned the clearcoat he got from Jackson 
Center, and was using material from P&S, which he said was far 
superior. I've had no further problems (so far).
The oxidized areas on my trailer do still show, as Walt does not 
do the polish (or at least, he did not 3 years ago when my last repair was 
done); so, you can see a darker line at the borders of the oxidization (I 
guess it's oxidization - it occurred because I store the trailer at Top 
O'Georgia in winter, and the bad area stayed out in the weather for several 
months before I got down to see Walt. The (new, third) area of bad 
clearcoat was several areas that came un-attched from the trailer, but did 
not come completely off, forming a couple of pockets that held rainwater; 
bad news). Of course, *I* see the outlines of the bad stuff all the time, 
but no one has commented on it to me. Maybe you have to be looking for it 
to notice it very much).
From/to Missouri, I'd think that P&S would be closer than 
Walt. I've met several prople (plus one brother-in-law) who've used them 
and swear by them. They *do* offer strip, polish and recoat services - 
partial or the entire trailer. This is pretty pricey, but I'm told it's 
worth it.
I'm pretty high on Walt, also - a good guy, who will be retiring 
in a few years, and turning the shop over to Paul, his son-in-law.
