[A/S] 6.0L diesel (was Best Tow Vehicle)

Ford's 6 liter is manufactured by International.  In 2003, when Ford 
ordered the engine, they did not take the wiring harness or 
programming that International used.  Their own programming just 
flat out had problems, and their own wiring harness chaffed against 
bolts and extrusions all over the engine and shorted out.  January 
2004, they began using International's wiring and programming and it 
has been smooth sailing since.  International uses the engine, which 
they call the "365S" along with Ford's TorqShift five speed 
automatic transmission in their buses, and has had absolutely no 
problems since inception (2002 I believe)  There have also been 
rumours that Ford is going to purchase Cummins Engine Manufacturing, 
but I am going to wait to see and not be holding my breath meantime.
